Jimmy is frustrated that he has to accompany his younger cousin, Hannah Marie, on Halloween for trick-or-treating. In an attempt to scare her away and make her go home, he tells her that if she doesn’t leave candy inside the local abandoned house, the monsters residing there will have to eat children. However, once inside, Hannah encounters the Scary Godmother and her delightful, eerie companions who assist her in seeking revenge against Jimmy.
This film seems like a surreal experience, but it used to be broadcasted annually on Cartoon Network. The animation may not be of the highest quality, yet it possesses a charming and nostalgic appeal.
