The University of Minnesota men’s basketball team will have extensive coverage during the 2023-24 season, according to an announcement made by the Big Ten Conference. The team’s games will be broadcasted on multiple platforms including Big Ten Network, Peacock, FS1, and B1G +. The schedule for all games has also been released.
Big Ten Network will air 133 Big Ten men’s basketball games, including the exhibition and regular season games. Additionally, they will broadcast the eight Thursday and Friday games of the 2024 Big Ten Men’s Basketball Tournament in Minneapolis. FS1 is set to televise 36 games this season, featuring Minnesota’s matchups against Indiana and Michigan State.
Peacock will broadcast 34 Big Ten men’s basketball regular season games, as well as the first two games of the Big Ten Tournament in Minneapolis. Of Minnesota’s 31 regular season games, 22 will be shown on either Big Ten Network or FS1, with five games on Peacock. Three regular season games and one exhibition game will be streamed on B1G +.

The Golden Gopher basketball program welcomes back six athletes from last year’s team, including All-Big Ten honorable mention Dawson Garcia, Braeden Carrington, Joshua Ola-Joseph, and Pharrel Payne. Additionally, five newcomers have joined the squad for this season: Cam Christie, Elijah Hawkins, Mike Mitchell Jr., Erick Reader, and Jack Wilson.
