“UMN Athletics: Prominent Achievements in Sports”

MINNEAPOLIS – The University of Minnesota women’s basketball game against UConn, originally scheduled for 6 p.m. on November 19, has been rescheduled to a 4 p.m. tipoff. The game will still be broadcasted on FS1.

All tickets purchased for the original game time will be valid for the rescheduled 4 p.m. start time. Doors will open at 3 p.m.

This will be the first meeting between the two programs in the state of Minnesota. The Gophers have previously faced UConn three times, with the most recent meeting taking place on November 20, 2021, at the Battle 4 Atlantis in the Bahamas. The Gophers also competed against the Huskies in the 2004 Final Four in New Orleans, Louisiana. Minnesota holds a 24-13 record against current teams in the BIG EAST conference.
